What is the ACM?

ACM, the world's largest educational and scientific computing society, delivers resources that advance computing as a science and a profession. ACM provides the computing field's premier Digital Library and serves its members and the computing profession with leading-edge publications, conferences, and career resources.

The USA ACM is a chapter of the national ACM organization, and is dedicated to advocating for the professional aspects of all computing fields, as well as exposing the students at South, regardless of major, to a variety of different research fields in the computing sciences and to career opportunities in the world of information technology.
